It sure was a big ol’beastie

However..... (yes, yet another of my interminable factoids on the way....) Carcharodon Megalodon is actually estimated to have been MUCH smaller in reality based upon fossilised tooth recoveries (obviously a full fossilised skeleton will never be discovered as sharks ‘bones’ are predominantly composed of cartilage).

Next time be sure to tune in for a probable size comparison between a Megalodon and the modern day Carcharodon Carcharias.

Oh it was really enjoyable Seeside wasn't it. Took my kids and we all loved it. A few jumpy moments so need to hold on tightly to your popcorn.
