Since giving up running I have developed a bit of a podgy tummy but I have grown used to it and plan to keep it for now

Anyone out there like a bit of stomach podge to cuddle up to?

Are you in proportion? Or have you fallen into the "slim but with a fat belly" bracket?

Just watch your calories. You can eat your way out of it. Do it now before you're fat and 40.

I have a Buddah belly and I fooking hate it. I don't want to let anybody cuddle up to it, it's gross.

It's going, not staying.

It's not a look I'm attracted to hence why I got rid of most of mine.

Despite being a regular gym user I like my food too much to get rid of my spare tyre, although I like to think of it as a space saver..
