Hello guys

In coming down to Newquay for a family holiday I have been dragged into.

So looking to get around by myself and explore.

Just wondering if anyone had any advice on where to go nice walks or ancient scenery.

Also if anyone wants to meet up for a social get in touch.

As a resident of the wonderful Duchy I can only echo what Woody has said....

There is loads of great stuff to see and do....

You can even leave your expensive Alfa Romeo unlocked with keys in the ignition overnight outside your house and unfortunately nobody wanted to steal it....

Newquay does have a local reputation for being full of stag and hen parties...

Known locally as Manchester by the sea....

I’ve now probably offended everyone from Manchester on fab....

Northampton Somewhere

Porth Beach is lovely.

Lusty Glaze beach is lovely.

Porthmeor beach is lovely.

Crantock Bay is lovely, there's a nice hotel there that does a great cream tea.

Fistral Beach is busy but great if you're a windsurfer.

Perranporth is very busy, full of families.

St Ives is pretty, busy but worth a trip.

Lands End is commercial but worth a visit.

If you're looking for sex while you're there change your postcode!!

If you get the chance, pop down to the Lizard, and beaches west to Lands End. Kynance Cove, Praa Sands. Really nice. I lost my legal virginity down there. Let me know if you find it..
