Ok ladies, what's the score here, some like the dad bod, some dont.

What's everyone's preference and why?

I'm asking because despite a lot of exercise and gym visits I've realised I'm quite fit and healthy but my body is never going to challenge Adonis in the muscle stakes.

By definition, most women will prefer conventionally attractive male bodies and most men will prefer conventionally attractive female bodies. That majority preference is what makes a convention.

However, it's also possible to find non conventionally attractive bodies desirable at the same time...

A few people are saying ‘rugby player build’ on this thread (and often in others too) but in a typical rugby team there’s all types of physiques from the big fat fella up front (yes, even some top elite professional teams still have chubsters!) to the sleek athletic guys behind the scrum.

More specifics are needed with that particular sport as one description doesn’t fit all!
