How do you like your omellete in the morning?

I like it nicely done, but its hard to get it perfect, how do you get yours? I sometimes add tuna to it

If it’s a breakfast omelette then I like it made with just a bit of cheese and not over cooked, quite soft

Fry off some chilli, onions, and mushrooms, chuck them on a plate, 4 eggs whisked and dumped in the pan, salt and pepper, nearly cooked through then add the ingredients back with some cheese on top, fold over and wait a couple of minutes, serve!
