Physio and weights

Well am doing my post operation stuff

Stretches and exercises for physio and the upper body weights using dumbbells

Feel good but now body all wobbly and stuff, been going great recently with recovery except Friday when I dragged my day to cinema to watch the meg half way through film my knee cracked (I know it’s normal an stuff but it hurt an was part the reason for huge op was to stop this cracking and the intense pain that stopped me moving)

Anyways I digress haha just know need to slow down an recover however hard in my line work as already have numerous meeting with work about my post operation stuff, when will I be back, what can I do or can’t do in return and do I know what my future will be. Bit nerve racking cos I know I need to recover an I know work just following guidelines but am terrified I will be made go back sooner than I can or when I feel ready.

Oh well sorry for another rant or moan update haha and wow 9 weeks have flow bythanks for reading and comments oh and especially thanks for the pm they mean a lot and nice to speak to ppl bye bye

It is nerve-racking to go through the whole return to work thing but it's better for everyone if it's clear what can and can't be achieved.

Good luck and concentrate on your recovery.

Been hard cos in back of my mind is returning to work and stuff but also worrying will I be ready and questions about what if etc

Yeah all ok just leg muscles gone an spasamed this afternoon so knee cramped be ok just tender ouch
