"It's a skinless and boneless thigh " Those are best braised or curried ..... baking will dry it out. Take the bone out and fry if you like. A quick fry to keep the juices in. | |||

"So I'm planning on making this as I love a crispy chicken skin with a lot of flavour on it. But for people that have made chicken this way how long do you pan fry before baking I've done 5 mins on the chicken before another 25/30 in the oven I think but it's a long time since I've made it is this correct and will it be cooked then?
