buuuuuut, over recent days/weeks certain people I have met through here have proved, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that it really IS the little things that count for me...

So my question is this: Do you appreciate small, subtle niceties or are you all about big shows and materialistic things??

Definitely the little things.

For me it’s when someone will mention something or do something with regards to a thing I’ve said ages ago. It’s knowing they’ve payed attention and I’m worthy of them remembering.

It’s something I equally like to do to spring little surprises too.

It's definitely the small things for me. I don't care about materialistic things. Someone taking the time out of their day just to say hi, or to let you know you may of crossed their mind, that's what matters more to me than being wined and dined for example.
