Just woke up from a very vivid dream!.. yet within minutes the details are slipping from my mind!... So frustrating!

Keep a writing book and pen by your bed.... when you wake, just let your thoughts and memories come out and write them down....... even if you don’t write a story from start to finish, record key words, emotions, physical feelings etc .... build a diary and then try to understand what it means to you, how your environmental factors, stress levels, personal situation whether good or negative can effect your dreams and quality of sleep...... hope this advice helps you somewhat x

....must do that, though I might end up confused as well as frustrated given some of my nighttime weirdness!

But it may also help identify areas of your life that need to be managed better and have a positive effect equally on your bad dreams........ only good things can happen as a result of understanding, taking control of things within your capabilities to changes and seeing a positive effect as a result......... hope you find it enjoyable
