How lazy are some fabbers?

I spend quite a bit of time looking at profiles to see if they are my type and I am surprised of the lack of effort on some of them.

Just because you’re a woman and got a few pics of your tits please put some effort in your profile. Simply “here for fun” is stating the bleeding obvious.

And they probably complain if they get one line messages.

I guess it’s a numbers game as there are far more guys on here than women. But us guys probably need to make an effort to stand out.

What are your thoughts on this?

I absolutely see where you’re coming from OP, expect incoming though and wear a hard hat!

As you say it’s a numbers game and many ladies can afford to sit back and let the men come to them - it’s not a luxury that most of us guys can enjoy!

On the flip side, of course, they then get spammed with hundred of crap messages - again a problem most of us men don’t have to worry about! So swings and roundabouts I guess!

I'm a serial profile reader,,, I wander aimlessly from one profile to the next via verifications usually or from forum posts.

The content of some profiles are laughable but others I just get the feeling are just selling themselves woefully short.

Being a single woman on here does put us in a priviledged position to choose. The flip side, is many people will say anything to gain a meet. The more I put on my profile, say for example 'I don't meet married men', they then know how to respond in order to appear single to deceive me. The more info, the more they are able to manipulate me.

And then people still mail if I have one sentence that says 'I am not meeting right now'. Love your profile......want to meet ?

Not ranting, just trying to explain my brief profile as an example

I guess people evolve a profile that works for them over their time here. A woman will never really need more than a tit pic,or not even that sometimes if she just wants sex.

There are a myriad of profile types here, just go for the ones that grab you and leave the others to it.

I think you do need to make an effort if you are serious about meeting...

If you are not that serious about meeting and you can neither travel or accommodate and are only here to show off your cock pics then there isn't much of an impetus to do so

I've thought about it... and I've no actual reason to be anything other than lazy. Fab works for me when I want it to. You need to be a bit more convincing in your pro non lazy profile persuasion before I make any changes. That's because I'm lazy

I think women will be bombarded with messages...many of which are useless, regardless if they've crafted a well thought out and written profile or take the lazy approach of just writing a couple of lines such as "here for fun" or "fill in later".

Will the latter attract a greater amount of useless messages? Perhaps. I personally wouldn't message someone that clearly hasn't at least made an effort to write something interesting on their profile...no matter how hot the pics might be.

I think we gravitate to people we identify with on some level. In my case, people who put effort into what they do, as I do, appeal to me

People manage their profiles how they want! Is it for you to comment in this way? Simply move to the next profile of you don’t like it...

I find that a shorter profile works better for me. I was on here for a couple of years with a longer, more detailed profile. And while I got meets I enjoyed (as well as the standard avalanche of idiotic one-liners), i'm getting a lot more of what I class as nice messages with this shorter profile.

As others have already said, people run their profile to suit themselves...if someone thinks i'm lazy for having a short profile, then I probably don't want to meet anyone that narrow-minded anyway, it doesn't bode well for bedroom fun
