Utter twunts!

I live in a block of 96 flats... So they gained entry to the lobby area and left their "We tried to deliver your parcel" card wedged behind the community notice board rather than take the lift to the appropriate floor and knock my front door where I was waiting for said parcel!!

Honestly I’ve never had a problem with DPD and their app is the best out of them all.

Yodel and Hermes on the other hand make my blood boil
