Rumour has it he sets his alarm clock for 23:50 on Wednesday nights just to log in and start the thread at 00:01 on Thursday morning.

Slight rant (is that an oxymoron?).

I'm waiting for some money to go into my bank account. It's taking aaaaaaages! Ok, it was only transferred yesterday, but I need to finish my holiday shopping and tick it off my mental list.

You live in a city FFS how much off roading are you actually going to do?

I needed this thread yesterday!

Having been mucked around by 1 car dealer, I cancelled my order after 14wks waiting.

Ordered from a different dealer, 6wk wait.

New car was due this week,then I get a call, it's just being shipped - its been delayed by 2wks!

OK, OK breathe... It's on its way, its only 2wks.

Decided to pop to Eurekas Tuesday, just waiting for the barriers to open on my way home... BANG! WTF?

Car pushed back up the drive as blocking gates, and RAC called.

Seems my cambelt has sheared off & gone straight through the engine!

It was a long tow home

Yesterday was spent dealing with insurance, ringing garages, getting it picked up, confirming my car is a write off, arranging curtesy car, which was supposed to arrive in 2hrs but took 7hrs,chasing dealer on new car.

My only full day off, plans made with my kids, I wasn't a popular mum by the end of the day.

Several large gins were d*unk last night!

But it's OK we can do some of those things today, have to cut stuff short as I'm working tonight, but still doable ... And now it's raining
