I like Asda, I like the cheap and cheerful clothes. I shop wherever I fancy on the day. Mainly Tesco and Morrisons because they are closest to me. Sainsbury's or Asda if I am out and about leisurely.

I'm quite lucky with regards to supermarkets because I have a Tesco a Sainsbury's, Lidl, Aldi, Asda and Waitrose all within 20 minutes drive.

I just don't buy meat from supermarkets cos it's too expensive, I buy bulk from my butchers.

They did tins of beans for ridiculous prices pennies if I remember correctly plain white label with black army style print on, and white bread for about 15pence a loaf....aahh memories

I was a senior manager with them for 12 years and the funny thing was I had a discount card that I only used a few times as I seen what happened behind the scenes and trust me you wouldn't wanna shop there no more

I have to agree with you on the bra front. Although they aren't as good quality as I would like, my Asda set has stood the test of time and they have nice designs in my size.

Been down to Asda House loads of times and stayed in the Jury's Inn near the train station loads !! Many a messy midweek night have I had in Leeds town centre

In a town Fab forgot

I nipped into Asda for a quick shop once.

Never again.

One of the bakery staff was restocking the fresh rolls baskets. Wearing her health and hygiene clothes including the disposable gloves.

She'd stopped work to have a natter with a friend.

Mid conversation she started picking her teeth, still wearing her gloves, then went on to restock the shelves.

I left my trolley in the middle of the shop and left.....

Good call on the meat, it’s always more flavoursome, you get a better deal and help local traders. I got a pile of meat from the butcher when we were in Wales recently. The mince and lamb chops were to die for.

Strangely the lamb shanks were from New Zealand as farmers here can’t make money from them. How shipping them around the world generates a profit is beyond me!!

Probably explains why I go to Asda

Tesco and Marks doing Sir loins for £3.50

Morrisons do two chicken breasts for £2. As do Tesco.

I find butchers expensive and NOT always better quality.

I find it difficult to find a parking spot on the high street and one of our local butchers is a rude grumpy pick.

At the moment the big guns are doing it for me. Sorry local butchers and their loyal fans.

I don,t have any problems with their home delivery they may not have Items in but they,ll substitute them and often reduce the price of Items, thou occasionally/not often they won,t have the Items at all but thats very seldom for me.

Yes do often about 3-4 times a month. Have to drive past all the other supermarkets to get to Asda, as Asda is furthest and next to tesco.

Buy only buy certain own branded products there as better taste than the cheap crap in other stores.

Otherwise the rest of shop is Costco, and one own branded item from Lidl. As alot of very poor own branded products in the others.

I shop online at ASDA. Tried them all in our area and they are the best for quality and lack of substitutions.

The shop tho...in a really bad area and absolutely hideous to go into!
