I'm off to fix my mother freeview recorder box, which has mysteriously stopped working since she moved the room around, what the betting not plugged in or shes damaged the SCART cable and testing my temper showing her how to use it, again.

I knew it was a mistake giving it to her.

As it happens in trying to delete a programme off the hard drive, she managed to delete all the channels. .

Oh and she needed something taken down the tip. Yes, I thought that too.

Why not get her a laptop for Xmas. Think of al the fun you cloud have teaching her how to surf with that.

Perhaps it's a bit sad you're not happy.... after all she probably cuddled you when you were hurt... Fed you when you were hungry and a million other things.

Sure timing might be crap - but then again I'm sure she was thrilled when you woke her in the middle of the night as a baby....
