BOTH sexes can be guilty of this. It is emotional abuse and a red flag. There is a lot of women's media that promotes it. For example magazine articles that might suggest something like withholding sex from your oh until they agree to do x or y for you. It makes it seem like this is harmless normal behaviour. They shouldn't be allowed to publish crap like that.
