I do, or wich one do you follow? It is also called if it fits in your macros. I like the flexibility it gives me as it is not restrictive, you can enjoy all sorts of food as long you hit your macros at the end of the day

Doesn't work for me. If I get the macros I exceed the calories. If I get the calories then I'm short of some macros. Catch 22 that is

I suppose you could call it that. I have a calorie target each day, 4500 cals, protein target 200g, the rest can come from carbs and fats in any ratio.

I do all my meal prep on a Sunday so it's not really flexible as I know what I'm eating.

I lost 3 stone in 3 months a while back by not eating anything higher than 5% fat, no more than 15g per meal and no more than 45g per day. Some days were as low as 20g but I never went over the 45g in a day. It was really easy as I could still eat a whole bag of jelly babies if I wanted to!

Too much maffs for me...

I’m on a no-breakfast-and-10-to-15-minute-bodyweight-work-out-in-the-mornings diet.

It’s not as popular as the KFC one for some reason.

It's easy, on the nutrition info on the back of a product, if the fat was over 5g per 100g of product I didn't touch it. But you do have to weigh and measure so you don't go over the 15g per meal.

Yes I follow this diet. I look at myself in the mirror, order some diet drinks, follow it for a couple of days and then fall off the waggon. I repeat this numerous times over the year until I put on another half a stone. Seriously I need a Diet Master

I asked my LTP to tell me to lose weight. I put on a stone.

If only he had sounded sincere when he typed it.
