I’m on a no-breakfast-and-10-to-15-minute-bodyweight-work-out-in-the-mornings diet. It’s not as popular as the KFC one for some reason. | |||

" It's easy, on the nutrition info on the back of a product, if the fat was over 5g per 100g of product I didn't touch it. But you do have to weigh and measure so you don't go over the 15g per meal. | |||

I look at myself in the mirror, order some diet drinks, follow it for a couple of days and then fall off the waggon. I repeat this numerous times over the year until I put on another half a stone.
