Why do profiles have no pics???

Because it's not compulsory. If I hide for whatever reason I hide my pics.

Because they haven't had a chance to upload any yet? It took me ages to upload pictures. Wasn't sure what to put up, couldn't figure out how to take the kind of shot I wanted without help (oh, and I injured myself in the meantime!).

Could be all sorts of reasons, and people can judge for themselves on those or other grounds.

A lotof people send pictures with a first message.

I don't think admin should ban them. You can set your filters so you can't receive messages from profiles with no public pictures. I suggest you do that

Some people don't wish to show their pics publicly for all sorts of reasons. But they do send them on request.

I didn't have pics on my Profile for the first month or so when I joined 8 yrs ago; that was simply down to the fact I'd no means to take pics in the first place NOR knew how to upload them onto here once I had taken them! Not everyone is techie savvy!

So, under your thought process, you'd see me banned by Admin?

It won't happen! Next idea of yours?

People create their profiles how they want, it does not mean the aren’t ‘genuine’. Your suggestion to ban such people is, quite frankly, harsh!

To answer your question with a question - wouldn't it be better if people just ignored profiles that didn't appeal to them rather than worry about how their owners choose to run them?
