You're meant to put sunscreen on your ears. One of the common places people miss.

I don't ever get sunburnt anymore because I'm careful. Had tan lines on my bellend years ago when I used a sunbed lol.

I've learnt something new today, psoriasis is caused by heat stroke and sunburn from your childhood.

Is that why light therapy works so well?

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder. It's not caused by sunburn in childhood. Sunburn in childhood can lead to skin cancer as an adult.

There is light therapy and then there is sun damage there is a difference mine started hormonal and stress related but if skin is damaged as a child then you are more prone to it. Read and do a little research x

I also suffer from psoriasis and this is utter rubbish... yes stress can kick it off but it has nothing to do with sun damage ... its an auto immune thing ... and the sunshine and hot climate abroad is one of the only things that has ever kept mine under control or cleared it up

It's called koebner phenomenon and can cause flare ups in extreme conditions. I have had psoriasis for over 20 years mine always gets worse in the summer as I am having a flare up at the moment x
