This type of discussion has come up before. If you want to ask her out then do so...if you want to fuck her in the property then you’re not professional. If it happened in one of mine I’d be extremely pissed off

I don’t think using a clients number outside of work is a good idea. Her personal information is retained by your company for professional purposes and it could lead to a lot of shit coming your way.

Estate agents are robbing bastards, I'd make a massive fuss if this happened to me just to be a pain in the arse and try and get some of their fees reduced. I guess that would cost the agent his job but I really wouldn't give a fuck, that unprofessional it's going to happen at some point anyway

No. No. It really doesn't. The only thing that covers your arse (from a data protection pov) is her contacting you. But you'd still be ignoring your company policy
