"I've been on 2/3 solo holidays and really enjoyed mingling with people. On each flight I ended up talking to someone who gave me tips on what to visit. Plus when I was in Iceland I got chatting to some lovely people on day-trips and the like. Enjoy, and in no way feel guilty. " I won't feel guilty at all. And as I talk to random people all the time I should be fine x

"If you're spending any time in Naples keep your hand on your purse, otherwise love the city and its people. Noisy, dirty but full of hidden gems and wonderful people. I love it." grew up in London travelling around on the tube. It's 2nd nature to me any way and loved Naples last time I was there

"Nervous flyer? RELAX! I'm an aircraft engineer and you really have nothing to worry about! Top tips, sit as close to the front as you can, its the smoothest place to be. Above the wings and you will here all the hydraulics whining and see the wings bouncing (They are meant to do that). At the back and it will be bumpy at landing as you are very close to the landing gear. I could go on for hours but trust me you are ridiculously safe. And if you hit bad turbulence don't worry, the plane is automatically correcting itself (That's why you seem to jump up and down very quickly). Worst case the crew will just lower altitude to find clear air." I like this comment! Nervous flyer here also
