Ice bath

i'd quite like to sit in one, even though most say its really painful!!

i get really hot hands and feet and sometimes all i can think of is placin them on huge blocks of ice, i even imagne them melting it so they go stright through lol

only joking lol they dont like the cold and after a good few hours selling programmes and watching the game the pain is unbearable

of course its in no way related to the bits of metal running thrugh them

At the gym I used to go to they have a bucket hanging on the wall which would fill up with ice cold water. People would come out of the sauna and then stand underneath it and pull the chain.

You could pretty much see their Speedos shrinking on impact!

...er, not that I was looking at their Speedos.

Run a bath of cold water and sit in that for starters.

I wish I could last 6 minutes... although I often hear women saying the first 30 seconds are horrible. Then the rohypnol kicks in.

some years ago the teams in the tour de france cycle race started to order in loads of ice at the hotel stops for the ice baths for riders after the daily stages to aid recovery and it really started to take off with marathon runners and other sports starting to use it,in another 10 years footballers might even start to use it as an aid after matches to enable them to get to the nightclubs in better condition!.

The Welsh rugby team use a cryo chamber to get down to -150 degs C for three and a half minutes at a time - it works, but they all hate it as much as they like the effects - most of them are the fittest they've ever been.

i get really hot legs and feet - particularly so in bed

in summer, i often run a shallow bath before bed and if if get too hot in the night, i go for a 'dip'

pressure points only mind you

one kiss of cold water on the testiculars and i'm out like a shot !

You is crazy I'm the opposite and always have cold hands and feet, thermal socks and gloves lol. Give me a sauna anyday!

Done it a few times when I played football complete with ice cubes.

After first Christ it's f Ing cold, it's rather nice
