The last site i was on only had about 10 prolific posters, even though it was a large site. The threads were often more thought provoking (but not as thought provoking as the thought provoking threads on here), but it could also be very bitchy. There weren’t really game posts because it could be days before someone else responded to a post (unless there was a catfight going on - everyone popped out of the woodwork then!).

This forum section is much bigger. But is bigger better? *insert pondering smiley*

Used to frequent a few fitness forums and they used to “raid” each other.

For a whole summer there was an almost keyboard forum war where people would post up photoshopped pictures of each other and just insult

Other forum users.

AnnieWilkes will remember those days. They were funny at the time.

there bloody well was. Literally 100s of people voted in the early days thats when i learnt how many people actually just read the forums without posting
