" Motorways, stiff muscles & sore eyes! M25 gridlock on Tuesday, making me 2hrs late, so not getting to spend time I'd planned with someone. Waking with a frozen neck & shoulder the next morning, putting Deep Heat on, missing the teeny bit of cream still under my nail until I tried to put my contact lense in! Now facing the 230mile drive home, neck still frozen. Shoulder checks while driving will be fun. Please pray the motorways are clear & idiot free. " Ouch, ouch and more ouch

"Finally my job offer has arrived. No rant. However it arrived by email with 12 other documents that need to be signed and emailed back. I don't have a printer or a scanner.
