Simple reason is that most of the videos you used to see of them were grainy and poor quality , hence being able to say " ufo" . Now with high quality phones everywhere , people can't post their crappy videos because today's quality of videos would prove it's a fake or bullshit . Yes I do believe Aliens are out there btw .
