Driving to work and they are talking on the radio about the hosepipe van got me thinking.

What do we pay our water rates for? Ok so I know I will get the answer to clean our water etc. How come other countries don’t pay water rates? Parts of Ireland included in this. Would you rather be like other countries and just have to use bottled water?

Genuinely interested on views and answers as I see our country struggle in extreme temperatures.
