"Take your time, resist the urge to overdo it" Oh I am it’s so tough an hard to but my body lets me know. Went shopping Saturday to buy more shorts my leg went wobbly and had stop so much so my partner hard get store wheelchair to help finish trip. It’s hard cos I used be so mobile and fit I’m doing weights and exercises but dr keeps saying slow and steady (think he knows I’d overdo it lol) | |||

"Good news " Yeah it’s improving just frustrating that after 8 weeks the bone not healed yet, but when seen X-ray it’s a huge operation and the fracture that is done is quite severe, hopefully be ok just after the news that no change in circumstances for 5 weeks has made me slip an feel low again cos feel am getting nowhere..... | |||

"Poor you whatever happened to your leg in first place . You must be going stir crazy . " Well I loved to run an was training for half marathon when step off curb, thought just general injury no issues but started getting knee cracks and pops after 2 yrs a specialist said what was up so had operation on tibia to correct knee Very crazy week 8 managed some trips out but over done it a little this week haha a little freedom Went to my head | |||

" Oh Ano my specialist keeps saying slow an steady but I pushed a bit an now my body having a rebellion lol I just enjoyed the bit of freedom am sick of being inside and am starting to get as depressed as I was before the operation | |||

Week nine, I thought, I'll never get there. Things rapidly accelerated at week ten (although normal was giving up crutches, not normal. It's twelve months for that...) | |||

" Yeah physio told me 12-15 weeks for tibia wedge to heal think consultant is cautious and likes regular checks and updates I just hoped was going to next stage in recovery hahah Hope your ok now am doing good | |||
