I'm stuck in bed - wrapped up in my thermals and dressing gown, but still shivering, all my joints are aching ....... but I'm STILL feeling fucking rampant lol!

Got rid of mine by taking the usual paracetamol (for fever and aches), Sudafed (for runny and stuffy nose) and Pholcodine Linctus (for dry cough).

If you can, use paracetamol and ibuprofen to ease the aching joints... try and take the doses separately to maximise pain killing. Drink loads of water and wank every hour or so to relieve yourself... no woman is coming round to shag you in that state

allow to stand for 5 mins...

stir in honey to sweeten.

repeat once a week in winter & u will find u will hardly ever get the.cold.

this is not just a fab cure...

this is an M & S cure....
