Music up loud as it can be,but it's not helping,my heart's racing and I'm going into a panic attack

Druids thought if you carried an acorn in your pocket or had one in your house you'd never get struck by lightening.

That's why some window blinds still have a lil wooden acorn on the end of the pulley cord.

Make a cuppa. Snuggle up and try and remember all of the words to a skipping song from the playgrounds. Drives me fecking mad trying to remember them. There was one with a line that goes ‘Elvis Presley drinking Pepsi’ and not another line will be conjured. My former skipping pals can’t even remember that bit. Useless feckers.
