Normally I'm a naked snug under the covers with a pillow to cuddle kind of guy, but this heat has me now doing the naked starfish on top of the covers to keep the body heat down. what's your sleeping position?

Hefty Hideaway

I sleep on my left side at the mo - the chipped elbow put paid to me sleeping on my right - with the duvet half curled around me with my back, bum and right leg over the duvet. Gives me the perfect mix of warm and cool.

I don’t mind sharing with a naked starfish though

At the moment, in this heat, it’s sort of best described as me hanging half out the bed with my hand resting in anguish on my sweating forehead

Under the duvet, out of the duvet - repeat all night! On my tummy, on my back, on my left side, on my right side, arm under head, arm under pillow - repeat all night!

No pillows, spooning my duvet. I usually wake up with no duvet, my bed sheet is half off and I'm curled up in a ball on the end of the bed. I'm such a fidget!

This week... I’ve had the quilt back and my bed is close to the window and have wide opening ones... so have had the curtains open laid naked on my side facing the windows.. I have a fishing lake behind and trees so have had a nice breeze most evenings that has almost felt like gentle kisses on my skin... bliss!

I have the sheet pulled back, just in case I might need it in the night. I sleep on my side and back, if my neck is hurting.

I haven't needed to cover myself with the sheet so far this week.

I alternate between lying on my front with right leg up, one hand under both pillows and the other between the two under duvet and lying on my left side with legs sticking straight out and feet resting on my nice cool wall, cuddling my duvet which is the little spoon

Never on top of the covers!

The kid on me still thinks of monsters so I always always go under the covers no matter how warm.

I’m an on the side sleeper mostly, or on my front with my arms underneath me. According to my mother up until I was about 4/5 I always lied on my front with my bum in the air, that’s probably why I find lying on my front so comfortable! Never grew out of it!

On my right hand side one hand under my cheek the other to the side of my head - in boxers and usually under the duvet but have found it's got kicked off the last few nights - in fact until the start of this week I had two duvets as I like the feel of the added weight on me
