Goodness.

Erm. Ready Player One and Angels Of Music by Kim Newman where actual books books are concerned. The Weirdstone Of Brisingamen by Alan Garner and Pretty Little Things by TME Walsh on my Kindle app.

Too much to read and not enough time to do so.

The book of life.

Absolutely loving it but no matter how many times I read it I'll never understand it.

My Dear I Wanted To Tell You - Louisa Young

Was recommended by someone on one of this type of thread after I said I liked Birdsong by Sebastian Faulks and they were bang on the money - have about 80 pages to go and it's a great read

Is the story of love and the horrors of war set against the backdrop of the First World War

The Steel Kiss by Jeffery Deaver. Part of the Lincon Rhyme seris.

Great set of books dont have to have read them all ( think this is number 12) but it helps.

Do you remember the film The Bone Collector with Angelina Jolie and Densel washington. That was from one of his books.

Highly recommend

T’was me. It’s my fave.

Reading ‘Shakespeare’s mistress’. Totally intrigued.

Got ‘a floating brothel’ about transportation in the 1700s and ‘soiled doves’ about Wild West prostitues lined up next.

Seems like I'm late to the party but even then I'll share mine :p

At the moment I'm torn between 2.

The first is Utopia from H G Wells. It's a very interesting and down to earth take on an Utopia and its interesting to see how human beings don't seem to have changed much in the past 100+ years.

The other one is The Ego is the Enemy, a more self-developing book which has been teaching me lots!

You should read "The Death of Bunny Munroe" by Nick Cave (he of the "Peaky Blinders" theme). It is set in and around Brighton / East Sussex. It's a wonderful read.

Awesome. Can't wait for the series. Now I need to read that (again)

If you like zombies, a series called Surviving The Evacuation.

Think Walking Dead in the UK but with a more realistic twist.

It's currently up to book 13 and has had me gripped from the start. Can't wait for book 14.

You are. Start with the first 2,then just check which order particular books are in, other than that just read them in any order.

I would recommend that you leave the last 3 or so until the end as his illness is apparent due to the change slight change in style.
