Ever show our faces... I sometimes get this massive overwhelming urge to have my face as an avatar but because of work I think best not!!

Or is it that we are secretly worried what people will think if we are found to be on a swingers site?

Some people do but no way I want to be identified by friends family or clients on a site like this. It's rather gratifying that I've been inundated after putting up a little innocent selfie on a dating site though!

I worried about this for about five minutes...then just told everyone at work. Even my mum knows.

I could, technically, be fired for bringing the company into disrepute but I refuse to acknowledge that this is disreputable and would fight it all the way.

Then again, I’m lucky; I’m not a teacher or doctor or social worker or any of the myriad professions that can be so badly affected by being public with this. Yes, I work for the NHS but in a back office role, not front of house.

Last time we had face pics, I got a stalker - never again.

"She" listed the times I was shopping and where, even told me my neighbour's names though I had never told "her" where I lived. So assumably had followed me home.

"She" wanted to grab me in the supermarket to grips/kiss me.

Not my idea of fun especially as I have 4 children.

Some things aren't worth the risk.

In my last job there was a risk I'd be seen by service users. One messaged me, and I declined and blocked, but it could have been very messy given the nature of the role.

Now I work with vulnerable children and young adults, so less chance of being spotted as most are under 18. But the company would definitely grown upon it. They have a policy about dating sites, so I can only imagine the issues if they knew about these sites!

I totally get why some don’t show their face, whether it be blurred, partial or at all.

Me personally I have no issues showing my face and regularly put a face photo as my avatar. I’m self employed, single & I have no hang ups about being on here.

I was outed before a few years back when I was on another site & it got to friends who knew I was a sexual deviant anyway, and my mother and one of my siblings who are both open minded and are totally not phased by that stuff at all, because they’re both sexual deviants themselves! Haha.
