So... the MOD announces my Home county is to lose its most famous asset - the Red Arrows

The skies over Lincoln will be less richer without the stunning, almost daily sight during the summer months....

It’s a sad day for Scampton but I’d be delighted if they came up my way.

I doubt we will be that lucky though, will probably head South.

Though there is loads of cash being poured into the infrastructure at Lossie, the Poseidon’s coming in 2020 and another typhoon Sqn due to stand up. There’s the space and the capability....

A bizarre choice? All that effort to arrange the air show which was in turn an obvious and popular Waddington replacement.

My vote goes for all parliamentary meetings to be held via Skype - then the millions in travel expenses and second homes would be free to fund a national icon.

Is this stage 1 of 2 in the disbanding of the arrows??? ...................

My money is on Leeming near Northallerton

Right on the A1 already home to some hawk aircraft been emptyish since the F3s left.
