I make dairy free ice cream, frozen bananas bended with coconut milk, can add vanilla. Yummy

I can only eat bananas that are quite hard, green but not too green. As soon as they start to soften, I don't like the texture and in the bin they go. I'm not really a huge fan tbh.

My Own Little World

Slightly green, I can eat them when they have a few black marks, but once they start getting soft then they are only good for cooking. A nice banana bread or muffins.

They have a huge variety of bananas in India but the one I liked the best was a small red one that didn't look that appetising. However it had a wonderful sweet taste even when quite firm and def my favourite.

I've just frozen some over ripe bananas, put them in a blender added some milk, protein powder to it, and turned it into ice-cream
