I need to daily but I don't think about sex all the time nor does it impact my everyday life which is what I class as nymphomania. However when I'm with my FWB which is sadly rare I turn into a nymph as I can't get enough of him so we both end up being a bit damaged by the end of it

Nymphomaniac is a word specifically for women, however I agree that it is used unjustly to shame women.

Similarly, Sex Addict is used to excuse some mens predatory behaviour. Its about time we truly said what these men are. Abusers.

I know the word is specifically about women, as is hysteria.

For me, it depends who I am chatting to.

If dirty messages are being sent and I am getting a bit "excited" at work, then I will usually masturbate/hook up that night.

If I am going through a phase when I am not chatting with anyone then it could be a few weeks.

I wouldn’t say i crave it. If in a relationship i’d happily do it everyday, maybe twice a day.

Out of a relationship i have to make do with a pre sleep rub and if particularly horny and i get the opportunity, i spend a few hours in bed with my vibrator and porn and rub myself to exhaustion.

Ah lighten up, shame women, what you talking about ?! Considering nymphomaniac just means excessive sexual desire in a woman, it’s not that rare and as far as blokes are concerned it’s a good thing.

Blokes are usually called a ‘sex addict’ or similiar.
