Good point.. I thought racing pigeons always wAnted to go home... I don't want a pet pigeon.. I have enough with the's one that sits on my chimney and cooes down it at ungodly hours of the morning

If it's a racing pigeon with a ring on the nicest thing to do is report it.

You could be eating a pie with a few hundreds quids' worth of pigeon in it.

Yep posted the details on their web.. spoke to the owner seems the bird is a long way lost .. it was racing from somewhere in the south should have landed in Sheffield.... just waiting for his mate to ring to arrange pick up.
