Having dance practice tonight; Argentine tango that I adore.

Any fellow fabbers who are either professional, semi pro or amateur dancers? If so what style and why do you enjoy it?

Lindyhop looks like fun, but there's certainly a lit of spinning, twusting / pivoting involved! X

There is, it's very energetic, great exercise but hard work in this heat!

I danced from the age of 11 to 22.

Which us when my feet gave out.

At age 18 I dabbled in the semi professional ranks.

My fields were ballroom and Latin and at 16 I took up contemporary and what used to be called disco/freestyle. Would now be commercial? Think back up dancers in pop videos!

Have taken a few classes over the years the most recent being last week! But my ankles have had it. I'm currently on crutches! Safe to say my dance days are over!

I like zouk, cha-cha-cha, salsa, bachata, merengue, kizomba... Always wanted to, but not yet tried tango

Oh and accidentally joined a Lindyhop/swing weekend event once, that was definitely fun!

I would absolutely love to learn all the dances on Strictly.

Have danced the Argentine Tango to El Tango De Roxanne on stage at an amateur dance show.

The dance training was physically draining but great fun, such an adrenaline rush.

I love dancing... done quite a few styles: rock'n'roll is very popular in France and did a bit of salsa. Will probably start salsa again soon and I'd love to learn rumba... such a sexy dance

Salsa is great fun on your own, with a partner or in a group. The Rueda is so much fun
