So I’m watching the documentary on BBC1 as I type , and I just don’t get it .

She’s eccentric and seems like a lovely lady , but wtf is it with her art ?

I must be missing something because to me it’s just crap .

No doubt some smarty pants will tell me what I'm missing, but I reckon my 7 year old is a better artist.

I haven’t seen your seven year olds art , but our eleven year old was doing better stuff than her when he was seven too

We're not smart enough to understand it.

For "smart" read gullible.

The more people want to feel smart the higher the price.

I remember Damien Hirst selling blank canvasses that he'd signed for people to paint there own picture on. Now they can have their own Damien Hirst.

I'm hoping he was making a point about how pretension trumps common sense.
