air dried chips

but you can't charge £2 a portion if you market them as that

We have them all the time.

We just don't wash up for a few days after we have been to the chippy

Air dryer cooker things are shit hot..much better than an oven...and they do make oven chips taste much nicer

I tried some of these air dried chips last time i was in belguim the supermarket where trying to flog the machines so where giving you samples of the chips. I didnt like them, they where like soggy mcdonald fries, but it could of been because they had obviously been sat about abit but i dont think i will be investing in one of those machines

There is nothing wrong with potatoes or cooking them in oil ....... it's just the frequency that some eat them is out of proportion.

I agree although i dont have cooking oil cause of being low fat diet i eat my fair share of potatos. I have them dry roasted, chips (made diet way) and jacket potatos. Not to keen on just boiled potatos

My family's favourite recipe is potato wedges roasted with garlic, rosemary and sea salt.
