Don't even go there with shagnavs and us lol. They closed the M6 when we were on it on Friday night and ours wouldnt let us get anywhere near Chams. All it wanted us to do was look at various closed entrances and exits to the M6. I think Tomtoms are celibate....

Nope, the whole of the M6 north and south was just circling Birmingham as they had just decided to put up diverted traffic signs but not bothered to tell anybody which signs were for Northbound traffic and which were for Southbound. It was chaos. We ended up giving up. But at least I got to get a service station coffee in full basque, seamed stockings and high heels!!!

Not quite sure what you had done wrong as AA Routefinder worked fine for us, although we did put in DarlAston as that's where our favourite club is as opposed to DarlEston which we have never heard of
