Get yourself a yurt in the heart of the country, all I can hear are the sounds of distant wood pigeons practicing there Riverdance routine, beautiful in its own way.

That's on a building site though.

Not sure it covers selfish dickheads doing it themselves.

You’re allowed to play ‘celebration’ by Kool and the Gang on the bagpipes, but you have to be standing on one leg.

Hope this helps X

Depends on planning conditions.

I'm not sure what the score is for utilities.

Generally with our local planning it's 7.30

I don't know without a noise abatement order. I was blasting loud horns at this morning as part of my morning safety checks. There are houses next to the depot but we have to and apperently we can without said order.

As early as I like.

I work on the equation the shittier the estate the earlier I start drilling. Or fire alarm testing.

I view it as a service, like an alarm call if you will, to ensure they are up in time for a court appearance.

7am to 11pm for most construction, unless its a larger construction company that has an agreement with local council and has to start later/finish earlier due to local residents and businesses.

Weirdly, ice cream vans can't use their chimes past 7pm

It varies wildly.

Some work can start at 7 others 8!depends on your area

DIY falls under general noise so should actually be 9

Construction on a building site in some areas is 7 and others 8.

If it’s a housing development with people already living on it most will only work Saturdays 8-1

Most local noise ordinances designate certain "quiet hours" -- for example, from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays and until 8 or 9 a.m. on weekends. So running a power mower may be perfectly acceptable at 10 a.m. on Saturday, but not at 7 a.m. Some universally disturbing sounds are commonly banned or restricted.

Thanks Google
