" With you there Guacamole is utterly addictive, I eat loads of it as a dip or as a side dish. Just be careful getting the stone out (says the woman who stuck a 10 inch knife through her left palm and has the scar to prove it in a classic case of avocado hand) | |||

Really nice on sourdough toast, and really great with some fried halloumi. Leon do smashes avo and halloumi muffins with a little slightly hot tomato sauce for breakfast and they’re delicious! | |||

"Get a tortilla. Put cheese on it. Add sliced avocado. Heat oil in a pan. Put the tortilla in the pan for a minute. Take it out and put it on tin foil. Fold it in half then fold again. Wrap it up and pop in in the oven for 10 mins. That with sour cream and salad x" | |||
