Garlic, love the stuff can never have enough.

The only recipe that should have a single clove of garlic in is a recipe for one clove of garlic.

Even then put two in just to be sure

Discovered a recipe I normally use in Chinese cooking, now applied to semi Chinese cooking

Heat oil up in a frying pan for about 10secinds when your nose smells a bit of strong garlic burn like wasabi burn

Add baby spinach(I get mine from Tesco)

Stir fry til half cooked

Group them together

Add 1/4 shot of whisky(cheaper the better)

Then cover with a lid until whisky vapouring noise is gone

Ready to serve

I had a massive heart attack in January . Rushed to hospital in the early hours , and woke up with stents and a pile of meds which I’ll be on for life .

I was smoking between 30 and 40 a day since I was 15 , and they told me it was 100% because of the fags that I had the heart attack .

Needless to say I didn’t need any help to stop after that bombshell . Haven’t had one since , but fuck me there are times I’d love one !

I’ve been quitting on and off

But every time I get off from work

I have about 2-3 when I wind down before going home

On days off I smoke at most 10

If I’m working, maybe 6 at most
