How much do I want it? How much work are you prepared to put in.

Prompted by the rate yourself thread got me thinking.

I’d say I was a five and part of the reason I’m scoring myself lowish is that I know I’m I’ve got a belly on me.

Now the thing is, I know that with less snacking on crisps and things and less alcohol (I am quite active) I would lose weight.

So as much as I look and admire guys with great physiques I assume that I just don’t want it enough, so I’m obviously content with myself?

Is there stuff that you just can’t be bothered with?

Making myself more attractive to men.

I could make much more effort, but I'm getting what I want, so why bother.

I know I've got way to many wobbly bits but hubby loves me just as I am and I can't be bothered to do anything about it that might make me more attractive to others. I must be content too.

Brighton - even Hove!

I’ve got a flabby stomach as well and lack muscle tone / definition but I haven’t been to the gym for almost a year cos of a car crash I was in.

Saying that, I had a good sex session yesterday so. One f that seems to have made any difference apart from in my mind and body.

Gender reassignment, insisting on particular pronouns, etc etc. I'm too old for the former and too cynical/rebellious for the latter.

I don't rate myself on my body. I rate myself on the full package. I also don't rate myself against an absolute standard. I rate myself against the other available options. On that scale I'd put myself at around an 8.

But, in the real world, I'm also growingly comfortable with the fact that to some women I'm inexplicably a 1 whilst to other poor deluded souls I'm a 10. So the whole thing is probably not worth getting too tangled up in either way

I find it ironic that the men who stick around are very near and tidy and look after themselves well. They have more clothing than me and their flats are much more tidier than my house.

They live alone though.

If I only used my body to rate myself I'd be a 2, if that.

I have a flabby tummy so i am prepared to put the work in to try and get rid of it..

I do yoga and lots of walking..and hula hooping

I do it for me though, not for anyone else..

Well it’s paying off and I must admit I feel if I felt fitter in the body I would be having a more comfortable life.
