Me too. I would be buggered if I lost my phone, alarms, all meetings etc, shoppong lists, dates the bills need paying it goes on

my phone is constantly beeping with messages that I need to do this and that..

if I didn't have them nothing would get done.... Fibro Fog has a lot to answer for

My daughters tell me to put a phone reminder on if they ask me to do something for them. Or, the minute I walk out of the door or put the phone away I've forgotten.
