The first time he lay and stroked my tummy I was almost crying I felt so ashamed, and couldn’t bring myself to even look at him. But he persuaded me to, kissed me and showed me in more ways than one, that even if I was turned off by my body, he certainly wasn’t. I’ve seen him since and he did the same. We don’t speak as much now (I don’t think it was my body that’s made that so ) and it’s a shame, as he was one guy of only a couple that made me feel almost at ease with myself | |||

I lost 7 stone in 7 months, and over 10 inches off my waist, but I don't recommend you do it the way I did. Before I felt and looked like a beached whale. I had to be moved so the tide could come in...and I love the beach. Find someone to help you do it the healthy way. Find something physical you love to do...yeah sex works.. but there's other ways too. DONT DIET. It never worked for me. Change what you eat,when you eat and how you eat. It's not dieting it's changing your entire lifestyle. I loved the hills walking open spaces since I was a kid. I stopped doing things I loved...it probably contributed to becoming a whale. Remember those things you loved or discover new ones. It's less like work and exercise that way and instead of being a battle become a a pleasure. Most of all don't do it out of a sense of duty or for others. Do it for you. Because it will change you and then you may one day realise you do feel ok. For a long time I would never put a pic on fab because I hated how I looked. I'm not that great now, still hide from cameras, but at least I don't hate how I look anymore. Others might but that's not my problem. And while it will change your life it takes patience dedication and self belief. Some things it may never change. There's a girl I love, but she doesn't feel the same. Some things in our lives we have to accept we cannot change. It's part of the deal you make with yourself. And those times you fall, and you will, forget them start again. Tomorrow is always another day. I can't believe I just wrote that. But if a guy like me can do it, and feel better about myself than I did for many years....then I know you can do it too. We only get one life. It's yours to change if you dare to take that first step. X | |||
