i went to a session on Thursday and really enjoyed it, am going again this week, am even thinking of doing 2 classes a week

there is los of spnning round etc which is the bit i like, just have to learn to le the man lead, hink its a confidence thing

is brilliant cos you dont have to have a partner, they do a beginners class then have a feestyle session where people ask each other to dance, then they do an intermediate dabce followed by another freestyle

I adore it and go regulary. There is something very sexy to me in the idea in dancing Ceroc with a man and then having naughty sex after.

Its more about the arm movements than feet. the feet just seem to follow really.

We love to dance...

Regulary go to Leroc classes and sometimes to Ceroc events...

I don`t agree with Ceroc predatory business tactics...they are a franchise business, who try and force the independent Leroc dance clubs out of business..

Both are basically the same dance...

If you want a brilliant social life...pop along to a local club...

We do Lindy Hop and Swing s`well....

Try a form of modern jive first...its designed to have you up and dancing very quickly..

I went to a freestyle eve on saturday night and did a sultry move where the man is stood behind the ladies back with arms outstretched and she has to swing her hips going down into a crouch then up again. You could if you wanted to and especially if the man was hot push back.with your bottom.onto the mans groin.......it was damn sexy and left me with some lovely dreams last night

Ceroc is great, used to do it a few years back and it's a great way to meet new people and have fun ( none sex kind ! )

there is this old guy at one of the sessions i went to who always says how good i am to lead I also danced with a lady who said the same thing

When I dance lead I also notice how easy and light some lafies are to dance with. Its easier to then try more mives with them x

I tried Ceroc once although the people were great I just couldn't remember the moves in the right order and finished up n a nervous sweat....not one of my best nights...needless to say the young lady (who was big into it ) & I didn't see each other again

You need to attend about 6 lessons for it to start to work with your mind telling your body what to do. Xx

Thought I’d dig this out again!

Evie!! Dragged me back to ceroc last night I used to dance but haven’t for about 6 years. I’d forgotten how much fun it is but my god my fitness has gone i used to dance 3 nights a week

Anyone thinking of going to Southport September? I’m trying to get Evie!! To her first weekender

Yes, I am a lindy dancer so can follow most led moves from a modern jive lead. Finding a lead with a really good feel is fabulous!

Love it, have taken my eldest to 6 sessions now and he is becoming a good clear lead. In the last year I have done mote ballroom and latin dancing but still great fun.
