"Eye twitching can be caused due to a B12 deficiency which may occur as a result of excessive alcohol consumption, or an imbalance in electrolytes sodium and potassium. Eye twitching may also occur due to excessive loss of fluids or dehydration."

Oh that's interesting about the B12 deficiency. I'd always associated it with tiredness or stress

There’s also a condition called Blepharospasm which typically causes a twitching of the eye lids.

It usually dissipates fairly quickly though

The reason it's happened is your Rabbit/wand/super dildo 6000 was sat on the nerve too long on high speed. It sent the message up the line to your eye and now your eye is stuck on 'maximum' in its own right. It's only temporary, normal eye service will resume

I get it from time to time. For me, its a combination of lack of sleep and stress from my job. Make sure you get 8+ hours of solid sleep for a good few weeks. You might also be stressing about things without realising.
