If you're wanting to see the match don't watch at 7 even with extra time and penalties you'll have missed it by about 30 minutes at 7pm

Do the meet have the TV on in the back ground besides I would Tvio it or sky plus or catch up on demand or on ITV + 1 or watch the high lights on match of the day so there really is no need to miss either
