Hillside desolate

Pork for me. Lamb chops are teeny, I'd need half a dozen to myself

Lamb every time.

Buy a powder minty marinade. Drop the lamb in a sarnie bag, drop the powder in, mix it up. Ready in 10 mins.

Morrisons (eg) sell the powder.

Failing that make your own marinade with whatever you fancy.

Lamb is amazing, pricey but worth it

Lidl selling half a leg for about £6 I think.

Not sure if the bone is in but cut your steaks from that

Neither.

Pork is best consumed in sausage form.

Lamb on a bbq should only be consumed in kebab form.

Get some t-bone steak if want something off the bone.

Or do what I do and cook the half leg on the bbq, studded with garlic and rosemary, bloody amazing!
