The temperature that it's been today is just about perfect. Cool in the morning, nice and warm during the day and then (hopefully) cooler of an evening.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I try not to moan as I know others crave weather like this.

It makes me ill if I'm not careful. I have heat rashes on my right arms, thighs and collarbone. Next week they might move to other parts of my body. My joints are swollen and too much sun triggers mouth ulcers. I find it enervating and travelling by tube doesn't help.

Today is perfect, though. There is sun but it is accompanied by a breeze and it was cool enough for me to get things done, go out and not blister.

Okay so I like it cold-ish, nice cool temperature 17,18,19c, perfect anywhere over 25c is ridiculous and impossible to work in (especially when running machinery). The princess loves the heat she wants it as hot and sticky as possible (and that's before the sex !) but even she was struggling at 33c. We were out the first day of the sun and both got burnt, needless to say there were no sexy summer photo shoots for us. Well not yet

Sun factor 30 on exposed skin, hat with handkerchief sown on back like the foreign legion and good sunglasses on, everywhere else gets on and sweaty but still protected from any burn I make sure liquid as in water or cordial is handy if out in this weather but overall our bodies are not made for this weather, fatigue easy, and suffer during the evening with humidity levels as heat comes through the walls, as someone mentioned earlier Air con would get round this depending on which room you are, one evening last week at 6pm it was 78 degrees outdoors I could add to that considerably in my bedroom mid 80,s more likely, they,ve give out 24f today two degrees hotter than yesterday anything between 19 and 22 suits me ..

I'll agree with pretty much all of that

Trying to sleep at 10:30pm is hellish in this heat, plus where I work is going to be horrific this week (nudging 30 outside all week, probably nearer mid 30s in work) and...oh yes, I'm having my bathroom ripped out starting Monday so no shower. My timing sucks lol.

I’m not sure whether i’m just overly hot, whether it’s peri menopausal sweats or i have an ear infection.

But i constantly feel like i’m burning up!!

And i feel like doing an Arnie and obliterating every flecking horsefly that comes near me. They’ve had more blood off me than the Transfusion service and i’ve not even had a biscuit as a thank you!

Nooooooo to the weather

You'll be ok. You've got rain heading your way.

The London forecast is just saying 33 tomorrow, 35 on Thurday and 36-38 on Friday. I'm going to die.

"

It was bad enough last weekend on the tube. Must be a nightmare now.

I must admit I felt sick last night and can only put it down to the heat although it seems to have cooled down a little this evening?

2 more days and then it's cooling down a fair bit at the weekend. Thank fuck lol.

It's clouding over but there is a very persistent looking bright bit overhead trying to drive it away.

I decided to have a naked day, as I was working from home earlier, but it seems like all my neighbours decided to order things that have all been delivered to my door.

That is drastic! What happens when the willows have gone?

My rain lasted about two minutes and the sun has returned in a fierce and smug way, driving me back inside.

It's been blissfully cool for the last couple of days. However, the temperature is about the same at night. It's getting hotter each day until it's hotter than when you were here.

I genuinely loved it when it rained on Saturday in Cheshire! I admired it's return.

I love Autumn and Winter. If you are cold there are so many ways to get warm again; like sex! When you are melting and no access to air-conditioning; it's difficult.

Love this post! Can't wait to wear my coat outside again and be able to concentrate again!
